TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Schedules: Check-in at the hotel begins from 14:00 hours and check-out until 12:00 hours.

CHILDREN POLICIES

No children under 3 years old will be charged for accommodation (up to 2 children) as long as they
share a room with 2 adults (additional bed not included). Buffet breakfast is included.
Additional bed has a cost of $ 40.00 dollars, taxes included plus buffet breakfast

1. All rates are quote in US Dollars.
2. Rates do not include taxes (IGV).
3. Rates include buffet breakfast.
4. Published rates may vary according to season.
5. Additional consumptions as frigobar, phone calls, restaurant, room service, laundry service, etc. will be charged to their respective rooms.
6. At the moment of checking in the guests must carry a valid passport or travelling ID in accordance to their nationality plus the immigration card according to the required Peruvian legal norms.
7. For the tax exemption (IGV), according D.S 063-69, we request to communicate the order of your reservations and the entrance voucher to proceed with the corresponding billing.
8. The guest has the obligation to inform front desk before the end of a day of accommodation if he/she is checking out or renovating its accommodation
9. If the guest performs Late Check Out without the hotel’s consent, the guest must pay the full rate of one night’s accommodation.
10. Standard rate include accommodation, buffet breakfast and free WIFI. Other services and consumptions will be billed additionally depending on the use made by each guest.
11. Buffet breakfast will be served at the hotel restaurant from 06:30 am to 10:00 am.
12. In case of a group (from 13 people) requires the buffet breakfast in an hour in particular, a previous coordination will be required with the reservation office and front desk because the restaurant is a concessionaire and they ask for this information with a prudent anticipation.
13. Any damage caused by the guest inside the rooms or common areas of the hotel will be billed to its account.
14. It’s not responsibility of the hotel the lost of valuables inside its facilities. If the guest possesses valuables it is requested to inform front desk for their custody or otherwise make use of the safety deposit boxes installed in each room.
15. All reservations or reservation confirmations must have a conformity number, otherwise it won’t be valid.
16. Reservations are not endorsable.
17. Reservations can only be guaranteed for the period requested.
18. Reservations will be made partially until the receipt of the guest’s deposit. The reservation will be guaranteed once we confirm the deposit in our bank account.
19. Any cancellation must be in accordance with us otherwise it will be considered invalid.

21. All rates are quote in US Dollars, if the exchange rate were to fall considerably, the rates will be automatically re-adjusted.

Early check in 40% of the rate: From 09:00 hours to 14:00 hours. Late check out 40% of the rate: From 12:00 hours to 16:00 hours. Days use 60% of the agreed rate: From 12:00 hours to 18:00 hours.

BOOKING CANCELATION

If a reservation, by more than one night, doesn’t show on the date indicated (check in date), it will be charged 100% of the first night and the reservation will be canceled.
